DEVIL CARD FOR AUGUST 2009

The random card chosen for August is TEMPERANCE-CARD 14. In this card we are seeing fire along with one foot in the water-the flow of cosmic consciousness and one on land-manifestation on the physical plane. What is manifest come from the mind. Tempering is to proof your work, to verify your actions, to test the validity of your thoughts and actions.  Are you ready to put your life and beliefs to the test? Are you ready to purify your life in the cosmic fire?

There are many symbols on this card-and-some are missing-a lion on the left and an eagle on the right. There are sun symbols as well as fire and water. Are you ready to put you thought into the fire and raise them to a new level. We came off a month of change. WHEN WE FAIL TO REVERSE OUR ACTIONS

Does the world need a reversal of thought? Do we need to change our approach to the environment and the economy? Are we bringing higher thoughts into manifestation? And what happens if we don’t alter course? There are times when it is appropriate to alter course. If we do not take advantage of those moments, opportunities are lost and we must pay the devil his due. World leaders are not making major changes regarding climate change. They have no clue what to do about the economy. The stars and the planets are lined up-telling us do act now, reverse direction-and yet we stumble and falter. What will be the price?

Not only our world at-large, but in our personal lives this is a moment when it would be wise to examine what is not working and to alter course. In finance, realtionships, employment and the overall direction of our lives, now is a good time to take stock. Society is the aggregate of individuals. If, as individuals, we do not change direction, then the collective “we” will falter also
